When Laukkonen Design started Target’s Floor Ready Specs Manual in 1993, it was printed and faxed to overseas vendors to minimize packing costs and provide environmental benefits.
Now it is a fluid 130-page manual that is updated often and accessed online, with more than 550 illustrations representing 14 product divisions.
